Is InvoiceNow mandatory for businesses in Singapore?
InvoiceNow is not yet mandatory for all businesses, but IRAS is phasing in requirements for GST-registered companies to transmit invoice data digitally through InvoiceNow-ready solutions. From 1 May 2025: For GST-registered businesses that wish to be early adopters. From 1 November 2025: For companies that register for GST voluntarily within 6 months of being incorporated. What if my customers are not on InvoiceNow? Can I send both PDF and InvoiceNow e-invoices?
Yes. Jaz allows you to send a traditional PDF invoice and an InvoiceNow e-invoice at the same time, ensuring flexibility for customers not yet on the network.
